2. Description of Service
Arcane Mastery provides competitive gaming strategy coaching services, including build optimization, synergy theory instruction, and speedrun preparation guidance. Our services are delivered through curated expertise and verified advancement paths designed for dedicated players. Services are offered in three tiers: core mechanics mastery, advanced synergy coaching, and elite speedrun preparation.
All coaching content, expert reviews, and community verification are provided as educational guidance and strategic analysis. Results and advancement depend on individual player skill, dedication, and application of our guidance.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Arcane Mastery platform—including expert build reviews, synergy theory materials, coaching guides, annotated screenshots, and community verification frameworks—is the intellectual property of Arcane Mastery or our licensed partners. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display this content without explicit written permission.
When you submit builds, gameplay footage, or other content to our community for expert review, you grant Arcane Mastery a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, analyze, and display that content for coaching, verification, and educational purposes within our platform.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Arcane Mastery provides coaching and strategic guidance on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee specific gaming outcomes, rank advancement, speedrun times, or competitive results. Coaching effectiveness depends on individual player skill, game knowledge, practice consistency, and application of our guidance. Past performance or expert credentials do not guarantee future results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arcane Mastery and its owners, coaches, and staff are not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
- Loss of gaming progress, account suspension, or competitive penalties resulting from gameplay decisions

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Arcane Mastery shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Coaching and Performance Expectations
Arcane Mastery coaches provide strategic analysis, build optimization, and synergy theory based on expert evaluation criteria including synergy depth, scaling consistency, floor-specific viability, and speedrun potential. However, coaching is advisory in nature. You remain solely responsible for your gameplay decisions and in-game actions.
We do not provide guarantees regarding rank progression, tournament success, or speedrun record achievement. Advancement depends on your individual effort, practice, and application of coaching principles in live gameplay.
7. Community Verification and Build Library
Our verified build library and community reviews represent expert analysis and commentary. Expert verification indicates that a build meets our evaluation criteria, but does not guarantee optimal performance in all situations or against all opponents. Game balance changes, meta shifts, and individual playstyle differences may affect build viability over time.
Community members who submit builds for expert review consent to having their submissions analyzed and displayed with expert commentary. We will not disclose personal information associated with submissions without consent.
8. Payment and Refund Policy
Coaching tier pricing and payment terms are displayed at the point of purchase. Payment is non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to service failure or non-delivery, contact us within 14 days of purchase with documentation of the issue.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services for non-payment or violation of these terms.
9. Termination of Service
Arcane Mastery may terminate or suspend your access to services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include violation of these terms, abusive conduct, non-payment, or other conduct we determine to be harmful to our community or platform integrity.
Upon termination, your right to access coaching materials and community features ceases immediately. Termination does not entitle you to refunds for prepaid services.
10. Third-Party Games and Content
Arcane Mastery provides coaching for competitive games published by third parties. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these games or their publishers. Your use of third-party games is governed by their respective terms of service and end-user license agreements. We are not liable for game updates, balance changes, account suspensions, or other actions taken by game publishers.
11. Limitation on Warranties
Arcane Mastery services are provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or harmful code. We do not warrant that coaching will produce specific results or that our guidance will remain valid as games evolve.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arcane Mastery, its owners, coaches, and staff from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms, your use of our services, or your conduct within our community.
